Product Designer

Andrés Möller • Enterprise UX & Inclusive Design • 8 years • Remote

Andrés Möller is a Product Designer

I build interfaces: screens, devices, machines, or whatever has a human on one end trying to get something done. I make things people will use for hours on end every day, and getting their input to make it as comfortable as possible is my main priority.

What I do best is design live, on a call, with your real time feedback. I run working sessions where stakeholders and users see their ideas take shape in front of them, testing scenarios and settling the big questions and ultra picky nitpicks on the spot. My goal is to leave those calls with decisions made and an overall product everyone in the room is excited to use.

Andres Moller Profile

I design heavily used interfaces: internal tools, SaaS platforms, appliances, OTT devices. Put me in front of stakeholders. I run co-design sessions live on calls, building against their input as they give it, so they end up watching their own thinking take shape rather than waiting to see what the team came back with.

8 years in, I'm working remotely on nearshore hours with full overlap for US teams. I've delivered for leading brands, agencies, startups, and charities in the US, the UK, and Spain, in-house, at agencies, and independently. Design Informatics, University of Edinburgh.

Andres Moller Red Design

I don't design for people when I can design with them. Co-design sits at the center of nearly every project I take on. I bring users, devs and stakeholders in and work live prototyping scenarios, pressure-testing choices, resolving in an afternoon what usually takes three rounds of feedback.

Affordances are what I think about most. A good interface tells you what it does before you touch it, and most usability failures are really just a screen refusing to explain itself. I'm also stubborn about pixel perfection. Not out of vanity, but because precision is a form of respect for whoever ends up using the thing.

Andres Moller Red Dev

Believe it or not, I know you have real constraints. Before I start a design I read (skim) the documentation for the framework, component library, or whatever we're actually building on, so what I hand you is feasible to build and deploy. Please like me.

That said, I will absolutely push it to the edge of what that stack can do (sorry, not sorry). I spec states, edge cases, and responsive behaviour. I know I've succeeded when we both have barely any questions for one another.

Cutting Support Wait Times for 1M+ Customers

Relief Factor • Project, 2025-2026 • Seattle, US

I designed a ticketing platform, replacing a clunky system that was hard to use while multitasking. During calls, agents fill in ticket fields, forms, and have to remember details on the fly, and every interaction competes with the customer for their attention.

I sat with agents weekly and designed the interface live as they described their work, then created ticket states, queue routing and dashboards around what they had the bandwidth to do with people on the phone.

A Portable Stunting Screener for Caretakers in Rural Guatemala

Nimär • 2026 • Edinburgh, UK

I designed a portable device that measures infant length to screen for stunting in rural Guatemala, where standard clinical equipment costs too much to deploy. Caretakers take the measurement themselves, and many don’t read Spanish or use technology often, so the screen had to give a result without text or training.

Readings transmit over radio to a mobile-based database health workers can pull from, and I tested them against clinical standards to prove they held up. Nimär was also published as a paper by the pro² Network.

Live Broadcasts, On Demand Streaming, and Community Features for a Senior Audience

Confidential client • Project, 2026 • US

I led design for a media platform covering articles, audio and video, plus a live broadcast system, shipped as a mobile app, a web app and a TV app.

The audience was mostly seniors who had never used a streaming platform and were used to traditional broadcast, so the design had to work for people with no mental model for on-demand content or live streams. It was built on top of an OTT platform I had previously designed.

AI Coaching Platform Used by Major Fortune 500 Companies

Limitless Minds • 2022-2024 • Seattle, US

I designed the AI coaching experience for a platform used by sales teams at Johnson & Johnson, Workday, AstraZeneca, Amazon and others. Reps use it on short breaks, commuting, or between meetings, so the design had to work in a few minutes and still be worth opening.

I ran focus groups and usability testing with reps to find what held their attention. The app used streaks, progress and stats, plus minigames, and offered longer-form advice when reps wanted more detail.

Batch Labelling System with 75% Faster Shipping Times

ShipKasa • Project, 2024-2025 • Seattle, US

I designed a batch labelling system that moves many SKUs from order to printed label and manifest in one pass. One wrong batch can mislabel an entire run, so the process carries double validation at every step, and operators are in it for hours at a time.

I built it around a kanban model, with orders moving as cards down a pipeline, matching how the team already thought about the work. Users report savings of up to $50,000 each month.

Helping Over 25k Families Find 50+ Programs Already in Their Neighbourhood

SGA Youth & Family Services • Project, 2024 • Chicago, US

This nonprofit had abundant resources spread across programs and locations that were hard to search. I organized them into something families could actually navigate, keeping the indexing system consistent across both in English and Spanish.

I also helped develop their brand by building on their own imagery with colors and motifs that made it distinct. The audience ranges from first-time parents to teens, all looking for different things in the same system.

"I just love the way he translates our ideas so quickly"

Getting the design completed was so much fun with Andrés, I just love the way he translates our ideas so quickly into a design that we can get excited about.

Director of Technology, Relief Factor

"A unique talent for distilling complex concepts for diverse stakeholders, a skill I've rarely seen so well-developed in both product managers and designers."

I vividly recall a crucial meeting where we were struggling to align our technical team with our business objectives. Andrés stepped in and, with remarkable clarity, mapped out a visual representation of our product ecosystem that bridged the gap between technical constraints and business goals. This moment exemplified his unique talent for distilling complex concepts for diverse stakeholders, a skill I\’ve rarely seen so well-developed in both product managers and designers.

Dr. Julia West, PhD

VP of Product Experience, Limitless Minds

"Andrés has taken the lead on a lot of our product demos and speaks on behalf of the product team."

Andrés has been a welcome addition to the team from the first day he arrived. His abilities go far beyond design, even though UX and UI are his passion. Over the last year he has been a key contributor and leader across multiple iterations of the product experience. He owned the entire design build for two platforms, managed the CMS, supported legacy systems, and partnered with content to create iterations and value. Andrés has taken the lead on a lot of our product demos and speaks on behalf of the product team.

David Gorsuch

COO, Limitless Minds

"A considerable advantage because he can understand the product, the business, and the user perspective"

Working on a partnership with Andrés is a considerable advantage because he can understand the product, the business, and the user perspective, which translates to rapid turnaround and a massive saving on time and effort for the team. He is a great communicator; his work system drives stakeholders to ideas that can generate significant value for the organization. He excels in UX design and research, UX prototypes, HTML, JS, React, WordPress and PHP, with a vast knowledge of technologies and programming.
